LINEN WOVENS

Linen is a natural fiber made from the flax plant, which is then woven into various weights of fabric to create a number of different textiles.  It is extremely durable, as well as breathable and comfortable as a garment textile.  Linen fabrics tend to initially feel very crisp, but will become softer as they age.  While woven linen fabrics have no natural stretch unless blended with spandex or other fibers, they do have varying degrees of opacity, drape, and feel based on the thickness of the yarns used.
