We use the term “sewist” here at Screech Owl Fabrics for the same reason Joy of Pink Coat Club created this pin.  Sewist: a combination of the words “sew” and “artist”, to describe someone who creates sewn works of art.  Show off your handmade outfits in style with this rust and gold hard enamel sewist pin!

Joy started Pink Coat Club in 2017 from Cambridgeshire, England.  She designs unique, colorful labels and accessories that celebrate her love of sewing.  In 2021, Joy made the difficult decision to close the business portion of her brand.  What we have in stock is all we will be able to offer.  Joy continues to blog here about her love of dressmaking, tea, and cuddles with Luna the cat.
